Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, security, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and connectivity issues.
- Perform network device configuration, maintenance, backups, and upgrades.
- Resolve critical network and user connectivity issues promptly.
- Maintain network infrastructure inventory and incident records.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches, as well as open-source networking solutions.

- Knowledge of Ubiquiti (UBNT), Wireless, VoIP solutions, pfSense and DMZ configuration.
- Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
